Rain Debt Solutions proposes the following operational process and actions:
Data enrichment and update of information received from the client. Data analysis and determining the operational process/workflow. Soft collection approach through a call-and-sum campaign to establish first-line contact and settlements. Accounts with positive contact will be allocated to dedicated debtor consultants in terms of jurisdiction, for full production and follow-up.
The secondary approach includes releasing letters of demand. Negotiations:
Legal action Implementation of stop order against debtor’s salary Dedicated follow-up process for legal action and monitoring thereof (i.e., exception reports) The tertiary process will include a summons and a warrant of execution on which the client will stand security.
Rain Debt Solutions focuses on the generation of cash and also the generation of annuity income through soft collection. Important factors include:
Experienced management. Customer-designed, drill-down reporting. Carefully recruited, trained, and accredited agents/debtor consultants. Data processing and importing in terms of action table. Collection action in terms of client yields and benchmarking.
